This room can be anything you want it to be: a dance room, piano room, artist’s studio, home theater, gym, or anything else you can think of. We once had a tenant who used a crane to lift a massive pool table and put it in the room through the windows!It could also be a beautiful living/dining room, should you decide to turn the 3rd floor into a separate apartment (see “ideas” in the menu for more details). |
| Note: There are 3 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor, two of which have their own private terrace. The third has a walk-in closet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and lavatory. | |
