Art Nouveau House Near Paris for Sale - 2 of 3 reception rooms. In the background, we can see the living room and its sumptuous black marble fireplace.

In the foreground is the dining room, which also has a typical “Art Nouveau” style fireplace. The door on the right leads directly to the kitchen (right). 4 pairs of windowed French doors on the left (front facade) lead directly to the terrace and the garden.

Note: the carvings on the walls and the long beams on the ceiling have been painted over, but they are all made of beautiful solid wood, so you may want to expose them instead.

Main Kitchen

Art Nouveau House Near Paris for Sale - Main Kitchen Here is the main kitchen, a very bright room too. We call it the “Main” Kitchen because there is a second kitchen on the 3rd floor. As always, everything you see is authentic “Art Nouveau” from 1911.

Modern but discreet equipment blends perfectly with the rest of the kitchen, retaining its original look while offering you the convenience of the latest in home appliances, and a fully renovated electrical and plumbing system.

On the right, off-screen, a door leads directly to the garden.  Behind the camera, there is an “annex” to the main kitchen, an additional room usually used to add the final touches before serving the food!

Note: on this floor, there is a also a large office with fireplace by the entrance which could also be used as a library or even a bedroom.
